Servicing Options
Choose the right level of service that suites your needs
At Midwest Mobility, we pride ourselves on our ability to service and repair most of the leading industry brands. Our fully trained engineers are all experienced in the repair and servicing of stairlifts, overhead hoists, vertical lifts, hospital beds, specialist chairs, wheelchairs, scooters and powerchairs.
All staff are continually updated and undertake regular refresher training to ensure that they have the knowledge and skills to keep you mobile.
Extended Warranties
All our new products are sold with manufacturers' warranties, terms and conditions are clearly explained when the equipment is installed. We offer extended warranties on certain products such as platform lifts, stairlifts, hoist systems and scooters.
Service Agreements
To ensure that your equipment remains in good working order we recommend that you take out a Service Agreement. An annual service includes a full visual and mechanical service and preventative maintenance.
Breakdowns and Callouts
Unlike many companies, you do not have the worry of undisclosed callout fees or labour costs! To have an engineer attend your home is just £60*, with the first hours Labour Inclusive. (Additional labour charge at 30 minute intervals at £30.00*) Labour charges are during our standard office hours of 8.30-5.00pm Monday to Friday. Weekends and Bank Holidays are chargeable at £90* for the first hour and £45* per 1/2 hour thereafter.

Stairlifts

Stairlifts are simple to use, low maintenance and highly reliable stairlifts can be installed on straight or return flights of stairs, attach directly to the stair’s treads.
Rise and Recliner Chairs

Rise and recliner chairs are available with both dual or single motors and a multitude of optional extras, made to measure service, large choice of fabrics and specialist seating options.
Profiling Beds

We offer a comprehensive range of both 2 and class 3 scooters at competitive prices. Class 2 scooters are designed for pavement use and have a maximum speed of 4mph and class 3 road scooters have a maximum speed of 8mph.
